EVERY ROOM HAS ITS OWN A/C :) There are games in the basement such as ping pong, darts, shuffleboard, air hockey, a projector, etc. Guests are welcome to use these! Premium linens, pristine accommodations, and local hosts that are here for you, whatever you may need! Also, of utmost importance to us as hosts is that all surfaces are washable between guests- that means slipcovered couches, etc.... no dowdy old furniture and throw pillows around here! Our sanitation procedures between guests mean professionally disinfecting and washing all surfaces, so you can rest assured your family and friends are safe here. The entire property will be available exclusively to guests. There are games in the basement such as ping pong shuffleboard air hockey, etc. Guests are welcome to use these! We are available to be as hands-on, or as hands-off as you wish during your stay! We usually make restaurant/beach/bike rental /etc recommendations via text message, communicating with guests as needed. The neighborhood is a very quiet, family friendly neighborhood. There are 2 neighborhood parks nearby for children. But mostly, what makes this property so special is the lack of traffic coming by in front of the house (last house on a dead end street!). Downtown, full of shops, restaurants, and bars, is about a mile away. Uber, personal car, bike. Guests must ask for permission regarding pets. An additional cleaning fee of $75 is required per dog.
